1. How to report abuse
Email contact@falconproxy.com with the subject line "Abuse report". Include:
- What happened, in plain language.
- When it happened (timestamps in UTC, if you can).
- The exit IP address you observed and, if known, destination host or port.
- Any logs, screenshots, or other evidence that helps us investigate.
- Your name, organization (if any), and a reply-to email address.
We review reports and take action we consider appropriate, which may include contacting the account holder or suspending access. We may not reply to every message individually.
2. Copyright complaints
FalconProxy does not host the content of proxied traffic. If you believe copyright infringement occurred through our network, email contact@falconproxy.com with:
- Identification of the copyrighted work.
- Where you saw the activity (exit IP, time, and destination if known).
- Your contact details and a statement that you believe the use is not authorized.
We will review good-faith notices and respond as appropriate.
3. Law enforcement & legal process
Law enforcement and other authorities may send lawful requests to contact@falconproxy.com. Include enough detail for us to understand the request and the data sought. We respond to valid legal process and may preserve or disclose information as required by law.
We generally do not store proxied content bodies. Connection and account metadata may be available for a limited period. We may notify affected customers when law and the request allow it.
4. Privacy requests
For personal data requests about your own account, see our Privacy Policy and email contact@falconproxy.com.
