Terms & Conditions

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") are between you and FalconProxy ("we", "us"). They apply to the person or organization that uses the service ("you" or the "Customer").

By creating an account, registering a device, or routing traffic through our infrastructure, you accept these Terms and our Acceptable Use Policy, which is incorporated by reference. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

You must be at least 16 years old to use FalconProxy.

FalconProxy provides technology and infrastructure, not bandwidth. We operate relay servers and provide the dashboard and Android app so you can expose your own mobile or residential connection as a proxy through our relay.

Traffic exits your own device over your own connection. We do not sell or resell residential or mobile bandwidth, and we do not control the content of your proxied requests.

You may use the service for yourself, share access with others, or charge others for use of proxy capacity from devices and connections you own or control. That is a common use of the platform. You remain responsible for each device, connection, and for everyone you allow to use your account or proxies.

Optional features such as a marketplace may be introduced later and may come with additional terms.

Keep your login details secure. You are responsible for activity under your account. Tell us at contact@falconproxy.com if you suspect unauthorized access.

You agree to:

• Follow these Terms and the Acceptable Use Policy.
• Comply with applicable law in your location, where your devices connect, and where traffic is sent.
• Register only devices and connections you own or are authorized to use.
• Obtain any consent required from third parties whose systems or data you access through the service.

Paid plans are billed per registered device through our payment provider. New accounts may include a time-limited trial before a subscription is required. You authorize us and our payment provider to charge the payment method on file for fees and applicable taxes.

You may cancel at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period unless we agree otherwise. We may suspend access for non-payment after a reasonable grace period.

Fees are generally not refundable mid-cycle. We may issue refunds at our discretion, for example when the service was unavailable for a substantial part of a billing period for reasons within our control. We do not refund accounts suspended for policy violations.

You may close your account through the dashboard. Access typically continues until the end of the current billing period.

We may suspend or terminate your account, with or without notice, if we reasonably believe you breached these Terms, the Acceptable Use Policy, or applicable law, or if continued service would create legal, security, or operational risk. We may refuse or stop service for other lawful reasons.

You agree to defend and indemnify FalconProxy against claims, losses, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from traffic you or your users send through the service, your breach of these Terms or the Acceptable Use Policy, infringement of third-party rights, or third-party claims related to your use of the service.

The service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee uptime, speed, geographic IP availability, or that any third-party site will accept your traffic. Mobile and residential behavior depends on your device, carrier, and destination services.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim relating to the service or these Terms is limited to the fees you paid us in the twelve months before the event giving rise to the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, revenue, or data.

You may not use the service if you are subject to applicable trade or financial sanctions, or to route traffic in ways that violate sanctions or export restrictions.

We may update these Terms by posting a revised version on this site. Continued use after the effective date means you accept the update. If you do not agree, cancel before the changes take effect.
